Scope
These terms apply when you buy coins, subscribe to VIP or use other paid services in the Taily app or on our website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Coins
- Coins are a virtual item used in the app to unlock episodes and redeem VIP time. They are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to anyone else.
- Coins never expire. Coins you buy, receive in promotions or earn for free all go into one balance and are used without distinction.
- Coin packs, prices and bonus amounts are as shown on the purchase page at the time of purchase. During promotions, your first top-up may include extra bonus coins, as described in the promotion.
- You can earn coins for free by watching ads, completing daily tasks, checking in, opening watch rewards and inviting friends. Amounts and daily limits may change; the app shows the current ones.
Unlocking episodes
- Each series sets its own number of free episodes, per-episode price and full-season price, as shown on its detail page or in the player.
- Unlocking always requires your confirmation; we never deduct coins automatically. Unlocked episodes stay unlocked and can be rewatched.
- Some series are VIP-only and can only be watched while your VIP is active.
VIP membership
- While your VIP is active, you can watch every series ad-free, including VIP-only series.
- Plans and prices are as shown on the purchase page; offers such as a discounted first month for new users are as described in the offer.
- Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play renew and are charged automatically each period until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After you cancel, your benefits continue until the end of the current period.
- You can also redeem coins for VIP time; the rate and per-redemption limit are shown in the app. Time from multiple purchases or redemptions is added on consecutively.
- After switching devices or reinstalling the app, use "Restore purchases" on the VIP page to recover your membership.
Payment
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) or PayPal and are subject to their own terms. We never receive or store your card details.
Refunds
- Except where required by law, coin and VIP purchases are non-refundable once completed.
- For payments made through the App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested from Apple or Google and are handled under their policies. For PayPal payments, you can contact us for help.
- When an order is refunded, we reclaim the coins it granted (including bonus coins) and the related benefits. If your balance is not enough to cover this, we reserve the right to recover the difference.
Minors
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian before making any purchase.
Deleting your account
Please use up your coins and VIP benefits before deleting your account. After deletion, remaining coins, unlocked content and any unexpired membership can no longer be used and will not be refunded. Auto-renewing subscriptions bought through an app store are not cancelled when you delete your account, so please cancel them in the App Store or Google Play first.
